What data we collect and why

Through the form on this site we collect only your email address and the product you were interested in, for two purposes:

• To notify you when the product becomes available.
• To send you the discount code we promised.

We do not use your email for anything else, nor do we share it with third parties for commercial purposes.

Retention

Shipping & returns

Shipping

• We prepare and ship your order after confirmation. Free shipping.
• Estimated delivery time: 10-16 business days. As this is a product we ship directly from the supplier, the time may vary depending on destination and customs.
• We provide a tracking number when the order ships.

Returns

• You have 14 calendar days from receipt to withdraw from the purchase without giving a reason, under the EU consumer right of withdrawal.
• The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
• Write to cecotech@proton.me and we'll tell you how to proceed. Refund within a maximum of 14 days from when you exercise the withdrawal.
